These Terms are applicable to all Contracts made by Queens Park Hotel and its clients and apply to all reservations, bookings and meeting room hire and use of all facilities.
Clients are invited to read these terms and note their responsibilities, arrangements for payments and cancellation terms.
Terms of Supply
CONFIRMATION OF THE RESERVATIONS
For any reservation if valid credit card details and payment authority is not given by the Client then subject to any outstanding obligation the Contract will cease to be of effect. The reservation will be released and be resold without any further notification to the Client.
The payments to be made by the Client are to be made on the date of arrival and the amount as specified in the reservation.
If any payment terms are varied prior to arrival then the payment will be charge on the date reservation is confirmed.
Any additional charges due to the hotel from the Client for the Services shall be paid by the Client on presentation of an invoice.
For group booking the 50% of payment to be made within 15 days after booking is confirmed. Balance 50% of payment to be made at least 40 days prior to date of arrival.
CANCELLATION CHARGES (“NO SHOWS”)
The Client agrees to pay charges to hotel in the event of cancellation of the Services or if the Client and/or their guests fail to take up the Services at the time and on the day specified in the Contract. The cancellation charges are calculated as mentioned in the contract.
Hotel will provide a cancellation number to a Client in the event of the Client making a cancellation and that number must be used in any future dealings with the hotel.
